Independent responsibility for teaching English to a set of students from Grade 1-7
Assistant Educator will initially be involved in shadow teaching.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and goals, using a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote understanding.
Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and discussions.
Provide feedback to students on their progress and work with them to identify areas for improvement.
Creation and review/enrichment of teaching material for identified topics from the curriculum and also competitive exams like SAT.
Stay up-to-date on current best practices in English education and incorporate them into instruction.
