Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise the warehouse and packing team and ensure timely order fulfillment.

2. Maintain and manage warehouse inventory, records, invoices, vendors etc to ensure smooth functioning.

3. Order fulfilment and order management on backend software.
4. Placing calls/texts and or emails to the customers to confirm their orders and shipping details.
5. Track the shipping of all orders and coordinate with the shipping company to ensure all orders are delivered and NDRs are resolved.

6. Coordinate with partner channels for their orders etc.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
