Job Description
A Receptionist/Administrator is needed to support a busy law firm. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Enter time into Timeslips Software and use Salesforce Software
Enter billing data into Management System
Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them and keep reception area tidy
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries, order office supplies, keep inventory of stock
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Must have Receptionist or Administrative experience with a customer service attitude
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and able to maintain calendars
Must have solid communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must have the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Must have a professional attitude and appearance
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgement
