Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking Production Assemblers for full-time positions. Work hours are first shift with overtime available.

Responsibilities:

Handle all assembly and production tasks
Operate all assembly, calibration, and test equipment
Meet or exceed all established engineering time standards
Make all final quality control inspections and certify products are read to ship
Maintain an orderly and safe working environment
Interact successfully with all department personnel
Actively participate in efforts to establish and maintain an on-going efficient, professional, and pleasant working environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 years assembly experience is desired
Must have knowledge of UCI Manufacturing and production processes
Must be able to interpret Engineering and QA Documents
Must have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Must be able and willing to switch work assignments as needed
Must have the ability to maintain a high productivity and problem solving thought process
Must be able to properly train new employees
Must have the ability to maintain required level of productivity and accuracy
Must have a solid work history
