Job Description

An apartment complete is seeking Building Maintenance Technicians to work in vacant units. You will replace garbage disposals, fix leaky faucets, change outlets, replace toilets and other appliances, and make various maintenance repairs that are needed. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair experience, must have own tools with a tool box or belt, and must be reliable and dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
