Job Position: Building Maintenance Technician - 2 Needed

Duties:
A property management company is seeking experienced technicians to work at a high end apartment complexes.
You will move appliances, install ceiling fans, change outlets and garbage disposals, and make carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Job Details:
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
There is an opening at both Akron and Streetsboro, Ohio locations.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have previous building maintenance experience
must have light electrical, carpentry, and plumbing experience
must have own tools, and must have own reliable transportation.
