Admin Clerical needs 3 years experience in a Facilities, Property management or Construction environment
Admin Clerical requires:
• 3 years experience in a Facilities, Property management or Construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word required.
• Exceptional customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
• Experience with a CMMS software.
• Ability to perform sensitive and confidential tasks.
• Determine work priorities, work independently, and follow through on tasks.
• Ability to comprehend contract language, implement and apply as needed to ensure contract deliverables and compliance are achieved.
• Experience in an HR group and bilingual abilities are a plus.
Admin Clerical duties:
• Schedule vendors for work on site and document when work is completed.
• Assist with Contract Deliverable Requirements, including gathering data and building reports.
• Attend various meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes.
• Respond to telephone calls and greet visitors at site;
• Effectively communicate and interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Compose various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communications with all end users.
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings for site.
• Organize and maintain various filing systems, including SharePoint.
• Provide back up for site purchasing duties; create POs, invoice resolution, etc.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing project activities including meetings, training, etc.
