Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: LEGAL RECEPTIONIST / LEGAL CONVEYANCING ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female (preferably aged approximately 27 35 years)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both - Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent basic Conveyancing administration experience at law firm a must
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey / Lexis Nexis
-Clear criminal record
-Strong typing skills essential (speed and accuracy)
-Non smoker
-Valid driver’s license with own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Willing to commit to long term employment with firm
-Residing in / near Pretoria East
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties:
-Reception duties
-General Conveyancing Administration
-Client liaison
Salary: R 12 000.00 R 13 000.00 gross
