Research Associate needs bachelors with 2+ years/Masters with 1+ years of work experience in academia/industry preferably in neuroscience
Research Associate requires:
• Experience performing basic techniques in molecular biology and cell biology, including qRT-PCR and immunoassays
• Ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative scientific environment
• Bachelors with 2+ years/Masters with 1+ years of work experience in academia/industry preferably in neuroscience
• Biology
Research Associate duties:
• Carry out in vitro studies and support analysis from in vivo studies • Manage studies conducted by CROs, and with academic collaborators, including shipment coordination and sample inventory management
• Train new team members in use of equipment, laboratory procedures and protocols as needed
• Critically assess data generated from diverse experimental approaches in cell and molecular biology Requirement
• Conduct experiments to identify and validate drug targets.
• Support assay design, optimization, validation, and data analyses. Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex data in support of drug discovery projects.
• Presentation of results and conclusions both orally and written
