IT Project Manager Business Analyst requires:
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• 3 yrs. experience in a life sciences research & development laboratory setting or consulting setting.
• Clinical Operations orientated Project Manager / Business Analyst
• Established record of partnership between development and technological roles to create digital solutions.
• Experience working in Agile / iterative environment
• Veeva eTMF, 4G IRT or Medidata experience a plus
• B.S. or M.S. in a relevant Life Sciences, technical, or Engineering domain.
PM responsibilities:
• SDLC based Project Planning & Management
• Reporting
• Meeting facilitation
• Coordination of IT & Business resources
• Act as key project liaison for the Development Team members impacted by digital initiatives
Business Analysis activities:
• Perform current state analysis
• Perform future state ideation
• Collect information
• Map complex data flows, workflows, and IT system processes
• Document requirements and user stories
• Elicit and document requirements and User stories from Development colleagues
• Iteratively communicate requirements and facilitate feedback generation and sharing
• Analyze Clin Ops Business process flows, data, IT systems and workflows
• Document & prioritize findings
• Communicate findings to the project teams
• Aid in the development of business cases for new digital capability investments
• Identify, define, & measure business outcomes for the highest value digital capabilities.
IT Project Manager Business Analyst duties:
leverage project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills that create positive, value-producing solutions.
Multi-faceted role will include Project Management (40%) and Business Analysis (60%) responsibilities.
