Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC: 0631)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, Overtime, Weekend, day, Night, Evening shift, if required.

Vacancies: 02

Wage Rate: $26.44 hourly for 37.5 hours a week.

Work Location: Tsawwassen Mills, 5000 Canoe Pass Way, Delta, BC V4M 0B3

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: High School is required. (College diploma an asset)

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Language: English

Ability to supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.

Work Setting: Person should be able to work in day, evening, night, weekend and or on call.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Should be customer service oriented.
