Job Description
Marketing Coordinator needs 3+ years in project management experience managing multiple projects
Marketing Coordinator requires:
BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering) within the CPG industry or equivalent business/technical experience.
Proficient in SAP systems and workflow preferred.
Supply chain experience required
SAP experience is preferred.
Must like inputting and tracking numbers all day long and do spreadsheets with our master data and working in various SAP systems
Marketing Coordinator duties:
Manage item set up requests and activities from creating to ready status in various SAP systems.
Confirm request quality, completeness, plausibility, and timing is in accordance with the project plan.
Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to meet on-time completion, identify and determine solutions for bottlenecks, and standardize best practices.
Maintain tracking system and brand portfolio master data for future, active, and transition items.
Input request for new item numbers.
Knowledge and governance of local portfolio and proactive management of interdependencies and conflicts
Active role in the overall item set up process activities and solutions that support quality data and ideal run times
Assist marketing managers and directors in both New Product Innovation and Go To Market in various coordinator tasks.
Support role for marketing team.
