Legal experience a plus
Associates or Bachelors preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
Adobe experience a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Position is hybrid remote and onsite
Clerical Admin duties:
Data input into various case management systems
Respond to requests by providing documents or other pertinent information and
Send and receive correspondence as necessary
Tracking various requests with excel
Miscellaneous as needed administrative tasks including filing documents physically and electronically
Follow process documentation as requested and provide input as necessary.
Convert and combine documents in PDF.
Photocopying, faxing, mail distribution or other
Coordinate and maintain records for staff as requested;
Ability to support multiple people
Ability to handle large volume of tasks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
