Responsibilities
Production Overall Performance.
Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, co-ordination and control of the operations or production processes.
Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.
Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.
Participate in new process application and execution of process.
Coordinate activities related to all production processes.
To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.
Supervising and motivating all production team.
Communication with Production Planning Department on delivery issues.
Approval of cost related activities.
Authorized for production schedule.
Review and approve lot disposition.
Provide I-8D for reply to customer complaint.
Requirement:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5-7 years related work experience & open to Malaysian citizen
(DIE BOND / WIRE BOND)
Able to speak Chinese.
Location : Batu Berendam Melaka
