Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs the entire production operation
Ensures quality and profitability of products generated in the production process.
Directing production operations encompasses coordinating production staff and equipment used for the manufacturing process.
Developing quality and efficiency improvement methods.
Ensures any issues or problems that may arise are repaired efficiently in order to meet the organization’s output goals.
Requirements:
Degree in mechanical or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Production
Knowledge in basic semiconductor manufacturing will be added advantage.
Possess good leadership skills, able to lead & manage staffs effectively.
Normal working hour
