Remote IT Support needs 1+ years’ experience.
Remote IT Support requires:
Must be available 8am - 5pm Mountain Time.
Experience with server hardware.
System/Server admin skills required.
Experience with Windows required.
Basic knowledge of LAN technologies, VPN, and connectivity.
Ensuring printers, scanners are configured correctly.
Good to have general data center and server farm expertise.
Trouble shooting common PC / user issues.
General understanding of network and server.
