Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing the right candidates as per the role and team / organisation culture.
Maintaining candidate database relevant to the organisation.
Expertise in Bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring.
Adhering to the recruitment TAT and budgets.
Responsible for End-to-End recruitment cycle.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
Willing to learn and expand to other areas of HR other than recruitment and selection.
Should be able to deliver under pressure.
Excellent Communication and convincing skills
 
Desired Candidate Experience
Experience: 1 to 3 years of Recruitment experience
BPO background will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and with thirst for learning can also apply.
