REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Must be presently unemployed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Have knowledge of office administration
• Excellent Communication Skills and be computer literate
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be able to cope with bulk transactions, therefore, speed and accuracy necessary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle Personnel Administrative matters as follows:
- Recruitment : Preparation of Submissions/letters, Updating of systems/registers.
- Terminations: Document Management and system update
- Payment of salaries: Processing of claim forms
- Leave : verify leave credit and update system
