Job Description
- Provide requisite support to Sales and Marketing team in order to increase.
center revenue
- Ensure customers are provided with the best quality of services and ensure.
customer delight
- Resolve patient grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback,
ensure improvements based on the feedback received
- Ensure uninterrupted resource availability and make alternate arrangements as
per the need of the center.
- Emphasize on the quality aspects which are followed by company in obtaining
and retaining the NABL accreditation.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirement and assist in resolving legal
responsibilities of the center
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the center
- Ensure discipline and adherence to policies like work hours, dress code,
and leave.
- Responsible for Managing overall administrative and day to day operational work
