Job Description
Training Trainer needs experience with design, development and delivery of remote and in-person training programs including training needs analysis, training evaluation and instructor evaluation.
Training Trainer requires:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in both Remote and In-Person training environments.
Demonstrable ability to develop and implement training plans for on-going operations.
Ability to deliver information in a group setting both orally and written.
Experience with learning management system software applications and/or on-line training programs.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong analytical, empathy and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to fast paced, changing operational environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to devote the time required to meet the business needs and on-going operations.
Experience in public sector or Government sector (healthcare, Medicaid and/or CHIP) a plus.
Training Trainer duties:
Deliver remote and in-person trainings with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Develop and maintain training material and processing guides for staff.
Maintain and update operational manuals and training materials with all system enhancements as they occur, communicating and training any upgrades with all affected parties in a timely manner.
Work closely with the managers and supervisors on refresher trainings for staff that are not meeting QA expectations.
Monitor, record and report training functions, including the tracking, and reporting of training class information on the performance of trainees, training class progress and projects.
Develop and conduct operational and remedial training classes including pre-testing and post-testing, classroom work, evaluations, and management feedback process.
Ensure course content, testing, evaluations, and styles of training conform to accepted standards of instructional design and contract compliance.
Provide quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) across all functional areas.
Facilitate meetings and act as a liaison with the Client and other Business partners to identify and resolve issues and barriers within the Process, Policies and Procedures.
