Job Description
Training Development Analyst needs 3-5 years as a training professional, with applicable experience in instructor-led, web based and eLearning courseware design and development.
Training Development Analyst requires:
Advanced knowledge of eLearning software and authoring tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Adobe Photoshop, Captivate and/or Camtasia, Snagit, or Adobe Premier Pro.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering educational courses on time and on target with the above-mentioned authoring tools.
• Naturally creative and imaginative
• Comfort with new and emerging training processes, mediums and styles (video, mobile, blended).
• Strong communication skills and an ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization.
• The ability to be self-led while being conscious and acting in the best interest of broader team and organization.
• Flexible; able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast paced working environment.
2-4-year college degree in engineering, technical education, Network engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or its equivalent or 3-5 years’ experience with install, service or other technical field experience.
Training Development Analyst duties:
Maintains subject matter expertise in technology, systems, network design or processes and serves as a subject matter expert in the development of learning solutions.
Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders (engineering, technicians, trainers, technical support) to create impactful, engaging, interactive and innovative learning experiences.
Develop training curriculum and courses consistent with ADDIE or SAM design models.
Drives on-time delivery of high-quality output that is compelling and effective.
Works with remote teams to test and troubleshoot the web-based courses to ensure proper release and use on corporate LMS
