What you need to apply for this position: Grade 12 (matric) Formal qualification in Hotel/ Tourism Management with previous experience in F&B Management within both A la carte and Buffet dining environment. essential. Sound financial acumen required. Must have an unendorsed drivers licence and own transport.
Must be computer literate on MS Office suite as well as a reputable POS System. Previous exposure to a management system such as Plus point and Apex preferred.
