Technical Systems Analyst needs 3+ years’ Hands on with PowerShell scripting, UNIX OS, and Windows Server OS
Technical Systems Analyst requires:
Experience with Corporate Services Domain, Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Safety & Security software applications
Locations: Charlotte, NC ; Iselin, NJ; Frisco, TX
Background on Data Skills like ETL knowledge, Data Analyst (Little exp SQL DB, Oracle DB, Excel)
Excellent understanding of client server application architecture and networking.
Possess a good understanding and experience with the ITIL framework, specifically with best practices in incident and event management.
Experienced in integrating with workflow systems and solutions.
Experience with production support incident handling and follow-up will be a plus.
Industry experience with multi-cloud technology platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
3+ years with Hands on with PowerShell scripting, UNIX OS, and Windows Server OS
An understanding of Data Governance Practices Business Glossary, Data catalogs, source to target mappings, Data Quality etc.
Advanced SQL knowledge preferably on Oracle and Snowflake Databases
Hands-on support of Windows, Linux in large, enterprise environment
Excellent Analytical skills and effective communication & presentation skills
Technical Systems Analyst duties:
Provides solutions for IT and business management concerning the application of technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Translates business requirements into application requirements, while working with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
Evaluates and implements changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Document process flow charts, models, procedures, and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
Conduct market research for the available off-the-shelf products that meet business needs.
Reviews technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.
Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems.
Work with various teams on the enterprise to report and manage risks associated with the portfolio information systems.
Install and maintain applications on the windows and Linux servers.
Use collaboration tools to organize, collaborate, document, share knowledge of work.
Execute critical change initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop periodic and ad hoc reports, presentation materials and communications for use in various internal forums and committees.
Support creation of the domain enterprise architectural roadmaps, and aligning these with enterprise strategies, business objectives, (EA) standards, processes, and methodologies.
Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.
Understand and translate business requirements into technical specs.
Understand Source to target mappings and maintain Data Catalogs.
