Sr Database Platform Engineer needs 5 - 7 years experience
Sr Database Platform Engineer requires:
Oracle Database Administration, RAC / TAF / Services / Active Data Guard, Backup/Recovery, Failover
Flexible to work off hours and weekends
Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ
Extensive experience in High Availability & Disaster Recovery Scenarios - RAC / TAF / Services / Active Data Guard
Solid hands-on experience with Database technologies supporting 24x7 business critical applications Oracle
Well versed with Database architecture Oracle
Extensive knowledge of backup & recovery and Data Center switchover/Failover scenarios (Incremental/Full/Flashback/Cloning)
Deep knowledge of industry-standard, enterprise-class best practices for a large database environment
Excellent automation experience with Python, YAML, Unix Shell scripting, etc.

Sr Database Platform Engineer duties:
Provide DBA support on all aspects of databases administration including provisioning, backup/recovery, replication, deployment and real time production troubleshooting responsibilities on Oracle
