POSITION DESCRIPTION: 2 LOCATIONS: (Washington DC/Fort Worth, TX)

*** POSITION AND IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD ***
The Administrative Assistant II will provide support to senior leadership and their offices within the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. This support shall be provided on a as needed basis to various offices to include but not limited to the Chief Financial Office, Chief Information Office, Management Office, Quality Office, Manufacturing Office, etc. Perform varied administrative and support tasks necessary to facilitate the goals, objectives, and priorities of senior leadership. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Respond to daily telephone and email requests, responding and relaying information back to senior leadership and the inquirer for information concerning office inquiries, general inquiries, suspense dates, etc.
• Perform varied administrative and support tasks required for executive management.
• Tasks may include but are not limited to telephone requests, maintenance of leadership calendars, scheduling meetings, reviewing documentation, developing PowerPoint presentations, working on special projects, developing memorandums, developing reports, etc
o Maintain the calendar: meetings are accurately reflected on the calendar, ensure the visibility of the calendar and readjusting the calendar based on their requests.
o Schedule meetings: recording the specific date, time, and list of attendees for the meeting, ensure meeting rooms are available and prepare materials for the meeting to occur, and provide meeting minutes when requested.
o Documents: anticipate, create, edit, and review documents, reports and PowerPoints.
o Special Projects: work independently or in conjunction with the Government on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of related experience
• Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products
• Able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment without physical limitations.
• Strong computer and Internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements
• Requires ability to work on-site or telework as authorized by the customer
