Alliance Workforce has immediate openings for Maintenance and Pool Technician!

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the pools and performing routine preventative maintenance on all facilities, machinery and equipment.

Sunday-Thursday, 6 am-2:30 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensuring grounds, buildings, and recreational areas are free of debris, hazards and should be safe, clean, and attractive.

Open buildings, inspecting them and ensuring they are ready for use daily.

Answer radio calls and assist residents as needed.

Check chemicals in pools and spa first thing daily. Log chemical levels and add chemicals if needed. Ensure chemical tanks are not empty and feeder pumps are working.

Scrub all edge tiles, brush and vacuum pools and spa daily.

Empty all trash receptacles daily.

Performs light housekeeping in specified areas, and repair work as assigned.

Carries out any and all other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
