We are looking for a Content Strategist who will take complete ownership of the course release within the designated timeline while adhering to the scope. Your job will be to get the best out of people by consulting industrial experts across the globe. So a background in business skills, management, strategy, and analysis is important.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Interact with internal teams to find out the new course requirements
● Identify suitable domain experts to develop course curriculum
● Work with industry professionals to develop new courses
● Negotiate with an instructor for finalizing the payment terms
● Follow up on the Instructor Onboarding process
● Scheduling the Recording sessions at the Skill-Lync facility
● Keep track of Payments to the instructor
● Reach out to Domain Experts/industry professionals to share knowledge on Niche topics
Required Skills:
● Minimum 1-3 years of Experience in Sales/Human Resources (Technical / Learning domain)
● Excellent Communication (Writing/Verbal) skills free from Local accent
● Good Presentation skills
● Good negotiation skills
● Should be a good team player
Qualification:
B.E in any Domain/ MBA in any specialization
