Qualifications

Higher professional degree in engineering field (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal preparations and other related experiences in Hydro/Engineering Consultancy business sector.
Good knowledge in Bid forms, CV formats for various multi-lateral funding agencies
Good computer skills incl. Ms.Office
Strong communication & writing skills
