Job Description
We have full-time positions available for Concrete Finishing Leads to be part of a team that manufactures pre-cast concrete products. You will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

Organize and train a team of finishers
Complete general construction tasks necessary to manufacture pre-cast concrete panels
Utilize basic carpentry tools, read shop drawings and blue prints, and run a power trowel
Complete general construction labor tasks necessary to manufacturer panels
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years Concrete Finishing experience
Must have prior experience running a power trowel; Skid Steer, forklift, and Supervisory experience a plus
Must be organized with the ability to train a team
Must be able to take directions and meet deadlines
Must be safety conscious and obey safety rules
