We are seeking a MDS RN with strong skills and hands-on experience with MDS in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
•This position will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with ensuring that documentation in the center meets Federal, State, and Certification guidelines.
•This position will coordinate RAI process assuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, RAPS, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
•This position conducts Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.
•Customer service is a key to this Facilities success.

Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
•Excellent knowledge of Case-Mix, the Federal Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement.
•Knowledge of the OBRA regulations and Minimum Data Set.
•Knowledge of the care planning process
•Qualified candidates must be an RN with state Licensure and CPR certification.
