This professional must be a Registered Nurse or LVN and have proven success, systems implementation, strong leadership, as well as excellent team building skills.

Requirements
•Valid TX RN License
•Previous experience as a MDS in Long Term Care, SNF setting.
•Must have prior experience with Medicare.
•Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
