Job Description

Training Coordinator needs 4+ years experience

Training Coordinator requires:
Hybrid.
Report in office 1 day a week on Wednesday
WebEx
Teams
Articulate 360 - Rise
Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Video Editing Software (e.g., Camtasia, Filmora, etc.)
Time management, follow-through, effective communication skills and being able to work with some autonomy are preferred
Training Coordinator duties:
• Update learning courses as needed
• Test approved Articulate 360 Rise courses to be added to Leonardo
• Manage the Sales and Account Management Onboarding program
• Minimal video editing using Filmora
• For a person to be successful in this role, there needs to be the following skills:
o Attention to detail
o Timely follow-up with internal clients
o Ability to work semi-autonomously
o Ability to improve processes and work
o Proactively identify issues and work to correct
Setup and/or host WebEx sessions for departments, which may include light video editing.
Hosting (introducing speakers, running the PPT slides, etc.)
Adding virtual classrooms to Leonardo so employees are able to register to attend
