Compensation: Commission plan with healthy monthly residuals plan.
Education: BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field. Or a minimum of 2 years of experience selling advertising specialty products or a related marketing product.

Arizona Monster Flyer, LLC is a local Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing agency with offices located in Prescott Valley. We help brands create meaningful offline (to mailbox) and online conversations with their customers. Clients include local, regional, some national and publicly traded entities across a wide spectrum of industry verticals. Our focus and drive are our local small to medium size businesses in the Quad cities area. Each of our clients expect us to move the business needle towards their stated goals.
AZ Monster Flyer is a direct mailer agency that works side by side with our local business partners to provide superior brand and branding opportunities allowing our advertisers the ability to promote products and services utilizing our huge flyer/mailer platform. Using our multiple mailer platforms allows those businesses marketing flexibility and sales avenues previously unavailable to them.
Primary Role:
The Advertising Consultant plays a key role at AZ Monster Flyer. The consultant is the direct contact and communicator to customers/prospects and holds all client related communications and relationship building to ensure all are in line with the client’s expectations. The consultant is responsible for bringing in new clients and new orders. You should be a master of sales calls, CRM planning, time management, product proposal creation, written and verbal communications and practice great organizational skills.
The salesperson will work closely with an internal customer service representative who will assist you with proper space size selection, proposal creation, client ad agreement, ad copy, client billing, reporting, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make cold sales calls to bring in new clients and new business.
Build relationships with our clients to encourage a long-term client relationship.
Participate in client meetings and calls as requested.
Work closely with management for numerous clients’ needs such as client agreements, proposal creation, ad size, ad location placement, ad copy, order follow-up etc.
Proactively work with client and office to satisfy all client needs to facilitate accurate and timely completion of ad copy approval for mailer and printing distribution.
Quickly identify obstacles that may hinder a client company’s ad production.
Increase your knowledge of the advertising specialty industry through self-education, research and development, trade show attendance, etc.
Ensure all client orders, billings and collections are completed in the required timelines with support from management.
Necessary Skills:

An innate ability to close sales based on the overwhelming value proposition of our mailer and overcome objections (questions) that arise during the sale.
Requirements
Preferred Requirements:
BS in Marketing or 2 years of experience selling advertising related products.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
History of successful sales experience.
Demonstrated background of strong initiative.
Accountability; taking responsibility for yourself, your company clients and your success.
