we are looking for an Office Administrator to handle and co ordinate tasks and jobs between our admin, operations, sales and management teams.
Qualifications:
Matric and Business Diploma would be preferable
Full computer literacy and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word is a prerequisite.
Prior Experience in an Accounting Package is preferred
Administrative Tasks
- Creation and filing of Purchase orders and requisitions
- Balancing the quotations and purchase orders both manually and on Job Carding Platform
- Capturing of Job Cards
- Invoicing of Job Cards and Diesel
- Processing of Job Cards
- Preparing quotations.
- Answering of telephones.
- Capturing of data.
- Calculating monthly overtime.
- Ordering office stationary.
- Ordering fleet cards and reporting stolen/lost cards.
- Completing insurance claims
- Doing invoicing.
- Filing of documents.
- Performing general administration duties.
- Supervising office administrative staff.
- Assisting with debtors control function.
- Complying with any reasonable instruction by Line Manager/Director.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
