Remote Project and Business Process Manager needs 7+ years’ experience
Remote Project and Business Process Manager requires:
Project, Business Process development and management
Banking products experience - Consumer, Small Business and Wealth
Experience with business project/program management Business Requirements, Epics and User Story management, User Acceptance Testing and Pre-Prod Testing, defect management
Experience of working as a project and program manager Lead in agile application development team(s)
Experience with any of the following programs: SQL, PMP, APM, CBAP
Remote Project and Business Process Manager duties:
Works with Stakeholders, Project and Product Managers along with SMEs to create and develop Business Standard Operating procedures, along with flow charts, process management documents, and anything else as it relates to Process and Procedures enhancements and alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
Monitors/audits and Manages the Business processes for the Bank to ensure we are in compliance from a regulatory stance and keeps the Bank Audit-ready and in alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
Optimizes, enhances procedures as deemed necessary
Identifies where Process gaps are missing and finds solutions to close these gaps
Document, track efforts as it relates to Business Process development and management
Communicates issue, status updates, to VP of Project Management and Business process
