Bedfordview, Johannesburg: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable, professional and dynamic
-Strong business English proficiency
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney a must
-Minimum 5 years post admission Litigation experience (including Trial experience) a must
-Experienced in General Litigation and Foreclosures or Collections a must
-Integrity and good management skills, with ability to network essential
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Residing within commuting distance from Bedfordview
-Stable employment record and contactable references a must
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties:
-Heading firm’s Litigation & Foreclosures Department
-Handling of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation matters
-General attorney duties (client liaison, court appearances, trials etc.)
Salary: R 30 000.00 R 40 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
