Inherent Requirements
o Proven experience of 5 8 years as a construction project manager
o Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
o In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
o In-depth understanding of the construction industry
o Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
o Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects
