Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer data is up-to-date
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and issues
Collaborate with others teams (sales and production)
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
1+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with glass manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Working hour Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 1pm
