Event Coordinator duties:
• Coordinate event (workshop, conference, meeting, etc.)
• Source location; organize catering; invite and send out information and materials to attendees and speakers
• Check in; distribution and collection of event materials; organize break-out sessions, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
