Property Clerk needs 2 years’ experience
Property Clerk requires:
Ø Landlord relations
Ø Leasing
Ø Administrative support
Property Clerk duties:
Ø Answer a high volume of incoming calls, understand customers’ inquiries, and research, respond, and/or forward to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Ø Receive, log, sort, redirect, and scan into Salesforce a large volume of incoming mail and e-mail correspondence and forward to the appropriate teams within one business day of receipt.
Ø Scan and upload leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord notification letters, vendor changes, and other correspondence.
Ø Performed onsite 5 days a week.
