Job Description

Data entry needs 1 year experience
Data entry requires:
Minimum 1 year data entry
Strong communication skills/Attention to Detail
Ability to Multi-task
Adaptable to quick priority changes
Quick learner
Experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) a plus

Data entry duties:
Inspects enrollment documentation for vendors and employees for completeness and accuracy

Works with the Manager to collect missing or corrected documentation

Assist clients with completing paperwork and fingerprinting

Processes documentation so vendors and employees can set up to be paid

Problem solves- systematically, using sound business judgement
Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution

Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements
