R500, 000 R650, 000 CTC Per annum (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
Overseeing projects from inception to close out
Be responsible for technical management of electrical designs done by the sector
Preparation of electrical designs and specifications
Contract administration, construction monitoring and liaison with project team
Approve designs and documentation for the technical unit
Training and mentoring of young engineers and technicians
Business development responsibilities

Minimum qualifications, skills and experience:
BSc Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
PR Eng registration or eligible for registration with ECSA, preferred
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the field of building services installation
Project management experience a must
Knowledge of building and construction regulations
