Responsibilities for HR Consultant role
• Focussing on compliance from a Labour Legislation point of view
• Be a Labour Law specialist (including Skills Development Act)
• Be an expert on BEE and Employment Equity Act
• Making EE submissions, focussed on the Employee Development pillar
• Facilitation of training for EE committees (experience in this, advantageous)
• Leadership of Strategy sessions (experience in this, advantageous)
