Job Requirements
Min NQF 4 or equivalent qualification
Any tertiary customer care training advantageous
Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in customer care or a similar environment
Tele-sales experience advantageous
MS Office proficient, specifically Excel, Word and MS Outlook
Experience in Syspro or Xeno advantageous

Very organised work habits and able to adhere to strict deadlines
Sense of accuracy and urgency (deadline orientated)
Strong administration skills
Able to work with a high level of accuracy whilst under pressure
Good planning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to be able to work effectively in a team environment
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Afrikaans verbal and written communication skills advantageous
Good telephone etiquette essential
Ability to foster good relationships with customers to ensure positive resolution and customer satisfaction
