Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and develop business growth opportunities and retention of the customer base within the formal channel
Action strategic goals of the organization and deliver a premium class service to the customer base
Sales and customer service experience
Ensure a steady flow of new customers whilst maintaining an active customer base
Consult and negotiate deals
Source viable business opportunities
Secure required daily interactions and build a solid pipeline of opportunities
Secure meetings with decision makers
Understand customers’ needs
Sell end-to-end solution and the benefits thereof
Bring in new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Manage and retain relationships with key industry influencers
Understand all product solutions to best consult with customers and ensure client satisfaction
Manage customer expectations
Manage all activity and reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Manage promotions, campaigns, and strategic decisions throughout the customer base
Keep customers up to date on any changes or new product development / services
Conduct monthly site visits to customer base
Maintain am accurate customer database and call cycle
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
2 years direct field sales experience
Solid sales track record
Sales courses / diplomas advantageous
Driver’s license and own reliable car essential
Clear criminal record
Clear ITC
