Job Description
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Litigation support on insurance legal matters
- Provide legal advice
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
- Drafting of legal documentation and reviewing of contracts
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to manage legal risk
- Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
Requirements:
Relevant Legal Degree, Admitted Attorney
3 years’ experience in legal practice or similar environment
