Job Description
The role entails:
Assisting with on-line shopping portal
Setting up a link between portal and Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
Managing basic accounting functions including:
Creating orders for clients online
Ensuring this data is transferred to Sage
Issuing invoices and credit notes to clients
Managing cash book and all payment allocations
Issuing statement of accounts to customers
Collecting payments from customers
Managing credit card recons and allocating them correctly in Sage
Managing expense claims and allocating them correctly in Sage
General admin including preparing meat permit and vegetable permit applications
Capturing and managing all accounting enteries to the point that it is reviewed by our auditors
Requirements:
Must be an all-rounder able to multi-task
Must have a strong understanding of Sage Business Cloud Accounting
Must have strong accounting knowledge
Must have a strong command of Excel and Excel formulas
Must have a strong command of Word including mail merges
Quick learner
Good with tech
