Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager to complement our exceptional new product development team. As part of the team, you would be required to do the following:
Apply your project management experience (minimum of 2 years +) to implementing projects and driving achievement of deliverables OTIF in line with project brief.
Complete approved projects to commission stage OTIF.
Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations with relating to project implementation.
Maintain an effective management system and process for all current projects.
Assist in maintaining project momentum across the department by working with the project leaders to overcome obstacles.
Explore and develop an understanding of the supplier space for new products and services.
maintain and improve delivery standards across the department.

Desired Experience & Qualification
In possession of an appropriate tertiary engineering qualification (Engineering Honours degree) backed by relevant project management experience in the industrial sector.
Strong mechanical Aptitude.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail.
Decisive with an appreciation for balancing opportunity and risk.
Able to function across a wide range of projects touching on Mechanical, Polymer and Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills that will be essential for engaging with role-players internally and potential supplier networks internationally.
Resourceful and resilient problem solver who is willing to get their hands dirty.
2+ years-experience in plastics manufacturing would be to your advantage.
