Role Description
Important Role Specifics:
WFG agents are non-captive
Flexible work hours
Work from home
Part and Full-time available
Daily and Weekly Trainings are available
License prep/training available
Performance-based cash bonus

Position Responsibilities:
Educate prospects on financial fundamentals.
Conduct virtual meetings with current and potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Manage and maintain client accounts.
Develop and nurture a sales pipeline.

Experience Required:
No prior experience is necessary
Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Possession of a life insurance or securities license is a plus.

Pay Structure:
100% Commission based with huge upside potential and very little downside risk.
Paid Twice a week: Tuesday and Friday
Starting commission 35% (can increase with performance)
Part-time monthly commissions are performance-based and range from $1k-$4k+
Full-time monthly commissions are performance-based and range from $4k-$10k+
