Job Description

Responsibilities:

Liaise with suppliers at new product introduction stage to underpin critical parameters monitoring plan, cleanliness requirement, and manufacturing readiness.
Review supplier quality performance data where applicable, eg. In-process, Outgoing, Cleanliness, Yield, etc.
Continuously working with suppliers to improve process and product quality, cleanliness & contamination control to meet company and end customer satisfaction and requirements.
Liaison with suppliers and others about supplier related quality issue investigation with appropriate quality tools, disposition of non-conformity parts, recovery plan and improvements.
Conduct periodic supplier product/process audit, quality system audit, and supplier performance rating.
Prepare regular quality reports for management review
Work with procurement team to develop new potential suppliers.
Requirement:

Minimum 4 years related working experience in HDD Mechanical Component OR Process Knowledge. Eg. Stamping, Machining, Injection Molding, Magnet.
Technically competent and knoowledgeable in GD&T, SPC, 8D methoodology and Data Analytic.
Preferable with HDD component / process knowledge (eg. Stamping, Machining, Injection Molding, Magnet)
Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
Willing to travel in short notice. (Internationally/domestic)
Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive.
